Born in St. Petersburg, Russia, Misha made a home in Los Angeles where he discovered a patch quilt of peoples and cultures, as well as their many cuisines. Misha credits growing up in LA as the time when he fell in love with food and the bewildering array of cooking traditions he found there. He aspired to replicate some of those flavors at home, and started his journey to become a (somewhat competent) home chef. With a degree in strategic business management, and years of experience working on economic development projects around the world, Misha is excited to share some of his experiences expressing his travel adventures through his kitchen tales.
